Order Status List

redSHOP Order Status can be accessed by logging in to Joomla and going to the Components -> redSHOP link, clicks at Order select on Order Statuses

redSHOP provides an option to define your own Order Status' in addition to the 17 that are created upon installation of redSHOP.

Order Status are used to help define the current state of an order (for both shipping and payment status), and can also be used to define actions to be done when a status is changed, such as automatically shipping a product when the Payment Status is changed to a specified status, or sending a confirmation email when a shipping status is set, etc.

By using Payment Status and Shipping Status you can set up automations to help keep your customers as well as your shop admins informed.

Finally webpage will display overview page administrator of redSHOP. Click on Order tab then click on Order Statuses item 

Overview of Order Status Management

Field

(1) Name - name of the order status

(2) Code -  code of the order status

(3) Publish or Unpublish - view status manufacturer item when this manufacturer is working or not

(4) ID - ID of the order status

Actions

New - appears when adding a new order statuses record, click on this to add the new order statuses details to the product catalog 

Delete - delete 1 or more items has selected. Items has deleted will remove list items order statuses  >

Publish - it change status from unpublish to publish for items order statuses is working

Unpublish - it change status from publish to unpublish for items order statuses not working

Check-in - will unlock any items order statuses when someone viewing it 

Search field - Enter keyword to search

Search icon - Click on it to search

Field

Name - Name of the order status

Code - which are acronyms of the order status

Action

Save - apply the changes made to the Order status details or create new item and show information change latest on the page 

Save & Close - apply the changes made to the Order status details details or create new and return to the Order status details listing screen  

Cancel - return to the Order status details listing screen without saving any changese 

Create Order statuses

1. Go to backend page of redSHOP. Then choose Order and click on Order statuses tab.

2. Click on New button

Change Order Statuses created on Order Manager

1. Go to backend page of redSHOP. Then choose Order and click on Orders tab.

Webpage will display Order Manager

2. To update status of the order, User select a order ID and clicks on Update Order Status

3. Webpage will display popup

4. User clicks on Status and select Order status created

5. The user clicks the Save & Close button to save the order status

Change Order Statuses on Orders : Edit

1. Go to backend page of redSHOP. Choose Order and click on Orders tab. Then, click on ID or Customer to edit

3. User scroll to Order status change

4. User click on Status, then select Order status created. Click on Update Order Status

Change Order Statuses on DashBoard

1. Go to backend page of redSHOP. Then choose Order and click on Dashboard tab

2. Webpage will display overview of Dashboard

3. User scroll down to Newest Orders. Click on #, Order ID,Name or Price

4. Webpage will navigate to Order: [Edit] and User change status of the order as Change Order Statuses on Orders : Edit
